About Us

About Our club

Pawlett Branch of the Royal British Legion is a small Branch in Somerset, which is associated with a very active and friendly Club. We were established in 1947 and so have a long history in the village.

Membership is open to everyone. You do not have to have been a member of the armed forces to join the Royal British Legion, and you would be made very welcome. In order to become a member of the club you must first join the Royal British Legion and then once you have your membership card delivered bring it into the club and pay just £4 to become a club member this gives you club benefits such as cheaper drinks.

The Club has the usual range of drinks on offer, most at significantly cheaper prices than local pubs, and including Real Ales. The Real Ales vary every week, and normally include local breweries. The Club  also has skittles, darts and pool. If you are a member visiting the area, we would be very pleased to see you.

In usual times Pawlett Branch Committee meets on the third  Wednesday of every month except August, at The Royal British Legion Club in Pawlett. If you are interested in joining the Committee to help further the activities and charitable work of the Legion, please get in touch at the email address below, or via the Bar Manager.
